it's why I like dead space as a visually impared person. It always had the large fonts, and the special kind of gameplay that goes with it, great evolution of the crosshair, as you can follow the beams of the lasers to your target and no bullet hell! :)
With the menu narration, I hoped they would have taken that a bit further and could read the text logs.

Wish there was some sorta in-game high contrast mode with adjustable opacity. Wonder if aim assist helps targeting limbs. Also, in the original pushing the left analog would turn the player towards next objective along with a visual indicator; I hope that made it into the remake. Ty for the valuable content.

When I had more vision, this was one of my favorite games ever made. It's really nice to see the remake have these features so I could possibly experience it again. There is one concern about the auto aim. In Dead Space you have to shoot the limbs of monsters or else they won't go down. Does auto aim at full strength target the limbs or is it stuck in the center?
Any body know If hdr or Dolby vision is the way to go? Just need a advice
Would anyone know why my game audio changed to simplified chinese in chapter 2 and it wont let me change it back to english?
I’m loving Story difficulty. Hard to see, but Health auto-regeneration is generous because I’m missing many shots going for the legs. Plus the large text. I am not using auto-aim.
How to change Aim Sensitivity? Is it only going with overall camera movement? Looking around is okay but aiming is too fast for me tho
I have the exact same issue. Very frustrating that camera sensitivity is tied directly to aim sensitivity.
My aim sens is at 100 and it's way too slow for me.
How to change subtitle language? I can only change voice language

I'm happy to see these options becoming mainstream, but I still wish studios would bother to have field of view options. The rest of the features are worthless for me if the way I see the game at all gives me a migraine.
I won’t be getting this game as I need x axis inverted and they don’t have that option.

Is it just me or is there something wrong with the graphics mode on this game? It's definitely not running 4k. It looks sub 1440p tbh.
turn performance mode off in display settings page, this may affect visuals.
No Fov slider. welp that counts me out. Feeling like im gonna puke just isn't worth. Looks like I have to wait for a random guy to make a PC mod for it. 2023 and we still can't get options that have been a staple in PC shooters for over 20 years.
literally the reason I was here to check this, I couldn't play the original for this reason. Ah well
@@jukibom Yeah, I tried this with an EA pro trial... and unfortunately, I will not be buying it either, SOLELY because of the no FOV slider.
One of the only games where I didn't feel I needed it (G9 32:9). Would kill the atmosphere.

The last boss is impossible due to the trash aiming in this game
Large font puts this game at the top of my to buy list! I've had to return multiple games because I simply can't read the font even with my glasses on. 🥲
