This would usually trip an tamper alarm. On some readers, you can configure them to send a special code once tamper is tripped, and then you set this code up as an "duress code" with no access rights. This will trip the facility alarm and guards be on the way.
Tamper alarms are so rarely connected at all but if you were doing this on an assessment a small magnet or way to block the optical sensor is a sensible option.
Thanks for the demonstration. Isn't there any kind of timestamp that is being compared to ensure that the unlocking process is only allowed in a timespan of e.g. 0.5 seconds? That would solve the problem, no?
No it's just Wiegand, raw data with the user and facility codes on the card. This is why Wiegand is not recommended any more, over things like RS485 and OSDP
Easy:read the documentation that's why it's there aka RTFM you newbie script kiddie... seems you can't use your brain to think on your own so this isn't meant for you.

How does the ESP key device connect to the internet so you can access it from home once installed?
Thanks for the demonstration.

I assume if the data is encrypted based on timestamp that would solve this issue.

How do you bring up that page in your phone that connects to the esp key?

If anti passback applied,.the cloned ID number can still enter?
Depends on the settings, but the answer is generally yes.
You can wait for someone to leave the facility, then use the card number later.
Mwhahahahahaha thank you
