  • The hard part is finding hard cell high density polyurethane foam. I finally found some 1`` stuff in the form of a camping mat at the Army and Navy for 25 bucks. Yoga mats and kids play mats were an option but to thin. I found some very thin stuff at michaels crafts and it comes in black or white for 11 bucks a roll. You can see it in the samples i made. Then i discovered my old Zebra foam backed floor mat in the storage and it worked perfectly. I dont give you actual instructions but if you have a brain you can figure it out. I looked and as far as i know this is the only video that show you how to do it right. Some of the home made seats i am seeing are too funny and to buy one like this forget it 3 hun . This seat cost me 5 bucks to build. One thing i want to tell you is to paint it first especially the edges in order to seal it for the spray on contact cement. Ignore the not recommended for polyurethane foam its fine. Good luck. If you want me to build you a custom seat $150.00 contact me at anonimouse2011gmail.com
