Onion chopped 1cup : পেয়াজ কুচি ১ কাপ
Onion paste 1 cup : পেয়াজ বাটা ১ কাপ
Ginger, garlic paste 2 1/2 tbsp : আদা রসূন বাটা ২.৫ টে.চা.
Salt to taste : লবন স্বাদঅনুযায়ী
Yogurt 1/2 cup : টক দই ১/২ কাপ
Poppyseed 2bsp (soaked & paste) : পোস্ত দানা ২ টে. চা. বাটা
Raisin paste 1/2 cup : কিসমিস বাটা ১/২ কাপ
Almond 1/2 cup (soaked & paste) : কাঠ বাদাম ১/২ কাপ
Milk powder 1/4 cup : গুড়া দুধ ১/৪ কাপ
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp : জায়ফল গুড়া ১/২ চা. চা.
Mace 2-4 petal : জয়ত্রি ২-৪ পাপড়ি
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp : দারুচিনি গুড়া ১ চা.চা.
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp : জিরা গুড়া ১/২ টে. চা.
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp : ধনে গুড়া ১.৫ টে.চা.
Chili powder 1/2 tsp : মরিচ গুড়া ১/২ চা.চা.
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp : টমেটো কেচাপ ২ টে.চা.
Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp : শাহী জিরা ১/২ চা.চা.
Green cardamom 4-5 count : এলাচ ৪-৫ টা
Bay leaf 2-3 count : তেজপাতা ২-৩ টা
Cloves 4-5 : লবঙ্গ ৪-৫ টা
Sugar 1/4 cup : চিনি ১/৪ কাপ
Dried Prune 10-12 : আলুবোখারা ১০-১২ টা
Ghee 2tbsp : ঘি ২ টে.চা.
Kewda water 2tbsp : কেওড়া জল ২ টে.চা.
Fried onion 1/4 cup : বেরেস্তা ১/৪ কাপ
Oil to fry chicken 3-4 cups : তেল মুরগী ভাজার জন্য ৩-৪ কাপ
Oil to cook roast 2 cups : তেল রোস্ট রান্নার জন্য ২ কাপ
