thats expensive compared to Texas. can get a much bigger house with a yard for the same price.
The cost of living in the Central Florida area is sky high. If you think this is expensive, a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment will go for around $1400.

I saw what looked like a dog washing station and thought it made sense for what looks like an empty nester style home.
BTW, there is a poop pick up service in Houston that will clean up your yard, probably weekly. And on YT, a guy who chauffeurs clients’ pooches to the dog park for a day of fun. Only $30. 20 pooches/day.

Why have a dog if you’re too lazy to walk it? Who doesn’t clean up after their dog immediately? Gross. I know people let their dog potty in the yard but only cleaning it once a week? Nasty. I just clean it up immediately.
