Natasha, this video is so helpful and it’s exactly what I needed to hear tonight. This afternoon, we had an emotional therapy session with our son’s therapist about his anxiety, and it left me feeling down. I have anxiety and my husband does not so it was an eye opening meeting for both of us. I was feeling like a failure, but your video has reassured me that things will get better! I am seeing a therapist for my anxiety and now I’m confident that my son and I will both be able to improve our mental health, now that we’re both getting professional help. Thank you for this video. I’m looking forward to watching more!

This whole series is so great, interesting, helpful and eye-opening! Thank you for that. I was an anxious child with a narcissistic mother for whom I was (and still am to some extent) the scapegoat. None of the advice given here were followed by my mother (who was the primary care giver as my dad had to work non-stop). Therefore I grew even more anxious, confused, lonely and developed a borderline personality disorder. Although I went to CBT for 3 years twice a week I am still afraid to have children of my own because I do not feel strong enough and capable enough to be the rock/base that my children will need so they do not grow up with anxiety themselves. So your series not only is teaching me how to handle a child with anxiety but it also helps me to understand myself and how everything came together to make me who I am. I truly thank you for this!
