Any Brazilian player that comes to play football in South Africa is just an average player, good Brazilian players are playing all over Europe in big leagues. Arthur Sales has scored 1 goal in his last 2 seasons as a footballer. CZcams highlights can be misleading.
Yeah, they can only afford League 2 players or League 1 players of very low ranked leagues. Top League players from South America would be very very expensive because even though they may remain in South America and not go to Europe , some of them are key players for their teams and play in the national team.
