No, Vegetto was fighting Majin Ozotto, who was in his Ultimate Gohan form. Most of the characters are far stronger than the versions of them we see in the _Super_ and _GT_ series.

Still the fact that Vegetto went blue kioken and Gohan is throwing hands with him shows how much of an amp he is getting now if the ultimate Gohan that is fighting Vegetto is just ultimate Gohan which I doubt then super hero is really wanking Gohan and making him stronger for no reason.
I might be a Gohan fan but even I'll call bullshit out when I see it.
My final point it only shows a small clip then it switches to Goku and Vegeta defused fighting by themselves which if I remember correctly Vegeta fought janemba in the last episode and omen goku fought what's his names clone last episode cause they found out that the entire planet was absorbed at the end of the episode

Vegito was about to beat Cumber handily in the actual Heroes material but defused and the fight kept getting interrupted with Cumber being taken to different places, that’s what happens in the actual Game. In the Manga he was dogging on Fused Zamasu. He was overwhelming Fu to the point he had to amp himself with the Power Of Darkness and he STILL wasn’t getting over, Vegito defeated SFPS4LB Z Broly and here he beat that Ozotto Gohan.
HE IS AMPED BY OZOTTO, THAT IS NOT JUST GOHAN, THAT IS AN ABSORBED GOHAN TAKEN IN BY OZOTTO.

Jesus Christ! I love the fan service, but the power scaling throughout this whole show makes absolutely ZERO SENSE
I miss the days when fights had some tact to it. The Goku vs Frieza, Goku vs Cell... like... I miss the old days when fights were choreographed and had martial arts mixed into them lately it feels cheap and most the times our heroes don't even win. Goku and Vegeta vs Zamasu, Goku vs Jiren... It's always 1 step forward 2 steps back. People can criticize GT but at least GT showed respect to the characters and expand its universe. Dragon Ball Super while introducing different universes felt alot smaller than GT because it didn't explore the universe.
