@@Kruelq I like speedva for team endurance, and slowva for solo :)
The reason why it says -30% slow in the orbiter is because the aura effect isnt active in the orbiter, however in the simulacrum and missions its applied correctly therefore giving the full -60% effect

Someone mentioned nourish getting nerfed in the future.
Here’s my two cents.
Nourish provides two things (relatively) conveniently that nearly all warframes want: energy sustain and viral status application.
It simply makes a warframe (and general gameplay) more efficient and effective.
Want to nerf it? Remove the added damage while keeping the two most important aspects, energy and viral.
Giving feedback to DE mostly feels like shouting into the void and (no disrespect) it sometimes feels like they don’t play their own game.
I agree, I think they will nerf the damage multiplier, I hope they dont gut the energy multiplier though, but we will have to see, atleast they listened to my yareli changes xD
@@morning8590 The energy multiplier is awesome. I hold a disdain for the helminth system overall (old school mentality) but Nourish is incredibly useful and straight-up improves the gameplay feel.
I have the option to replace a "meh" ability with nourish and can use my mod slots for more impactful mods other than energy sustain.
Hey man love the vid, i've been using most of the builds from this video and it's been amazing, would you mind sharing what archon shards are you usually running with nova?
I've been mixing up your builds with some others of my own and man, you make a great final build with great options for a foundation. I only have 4 Nova builds (3 slows of nourish, silence and xaku's for a whole map stun, long small area stun and small area nuke respectively with one speedva xaku argonak dagger armor strip) and I am looking forward to using your boltor setup to see how it goes for my slow builds. I'll try the torid when I finally do the Circuit for it, but my fingers hurt from continuously pressing my mouse to shoot lol. What would you recommend between the two as her main weapon while slowing?

Small correction her null stars amount scale with duration not range or strength :)
Edit: referring to the max amount of stars for 90% damage reduction the range mention is still valid for keeping the stars from flying off.

I love running 70% strength nova for general group play, I use madurai if we ever get overwhelmed and need some slow.

I love your builds. I check your channel at least once a week. I like how you test your builds into the ground before presenting them. I'm curious what is your thought process when it comes to survivability? I've been struggling with shield gate in high levels seems all I do is ability spam trying to survive
If you mean surviving around level cap, the easiest way is to have some form of shield refreshing, doesnt have to be a lot just brief respite is honestly enough, then the rest isvazarin guardian break/shell and protective sling, and then rolling guard, my process is quite literally when my shield breaks I rolling guard, then cast guardian shell then protective sling into your warframe and when protective sling runs out your shield and rolling guard is most likely ready again, it sounds like a lot but if you get good at it, you can do all that in a second, maybe 2 if you mess up the sling :)
then other than that jumping in warframe actually lowers enemies accuracy its a kind of hidden stat, but depending on your distance and level of height the enemy has a harder time hitting you, so move and jump around a lot, and practice that invulnerability refresh window is the main stuff I do for survivability
Believe it or not, but Firewalker is a fantastic (deeply underrated) helminth for Nova. It may not be a huge damage buff, but for so little, it just does so much.
I'm a Nova main and have been for years. I play mostly on Steel Path. While there are other options, I suggest trying Firewalker out.
Benefits include. Sprint Speed (movement is always good), Status Cleansing (Primed Sure Footed, who needs it), lingering Heat Procs (It shows you where enemies are, and can pick up kills, while also doung mild CC), Leaves a trail for noobies to follow, it lasts for 91 secs with the duration Nova already builds for, and being based as fuck.
on a slowva? or do you use a different kind of build?
@TheyKnowRoez I run it on both my Slova and Speedva. For Slowva, they get hit with the Extra CC and stay in the fire longer, building a ton of heat procs. On Speedva, it will help slow them down when they reach kill range for defense missions.
I know people seem to undervalue it as a helminth. There are definitely other options. But you really do get so much from Firewalker for almost nothing.

yea i have been loving ur builds man do u have any other suggestions on either how else to use nova or even what other helminth would be good for speedva?
For Steel Path I run Terrify with 100% armor strips. 40 range Terrify and Prime 60 range is very efficient. Energy is pretty easy to maintain if you have arcane energy and Focus Energy class.

According to the wiki Null Star and Antimatter Drop are both buffed by Eclipse, so the game considers them weapons. Are you able to change the damage types with Theorem Demulcent and Residual arcanes like Wisp can do with her Breech Surge?
Thats an interesting question, i'll test that because i've not even thought about using residuals tbh

They're the Frakta Shoulder Guards from the Glassmaker Nightwave and are currently unobtainable.

Okay I’m confused on the speed nova build and why there is so much range on it? I thought range was bad for her first ability so I’m lost on that portion.

1:52 I really think nova should have a little buff on the null stars because is ridiculius that you need 300% duration to just get to 90% damage reduction when many other warframes dont have to use that much of a stat for it. and if devs are worried about the helminth hability damage with his augment, then just make the base helminth hability have fewer null stars
Wait, now that I pay more attention, the null star augment is practically what the second hability is meant to do, then what is the point of having an augment to do what the second hability does? 🧐

Where do you get that halo that’s on novas head
It’s a signa they can be equipped in the appearance menu. In attachments tab there is an option right below the ephemera option labeled Signa. This one appears to be Frost’s heirloom which was only available from Aug 25, 2023 to Dec 31 2023 as a part of a purchasable bundle.
If you don’t see the signa tab it only appears once you have a signa or at least the ability to buy one. There is the envine signa available for purchase on the market at 60 plat

@@maskedvigilantee2050 at the end of the day its very much up to you, for me as an example I've got access to near infinite plat and very end game so installing whatever I need is no issue for me, but if you are trying to be conservative, only install things like that on your favorite warframes, the rest will come with time :)
null star reduces damage only to health so forget about null star (i hope nova someday will receive some changes)
Honestly feeling discouraged by builds involving nourish since I'm aware they plan to nerf it and not aware how bad it'll be but still I like your suggestions
Yea I know nerfs are coming but apparently it wont be to severe so it should be fine, but if its really bad I'll make some videos to suggest alternatives :) I cant imagine that they will kill it off completely like they are going to do with eclipse but you never know

I'm a Nova main and can say she's especially good in Steel Path. In fact, when Steel Path is a joke with Nova.

@jfern0927 I not able to share my build mod for mod at the moment, but she's phenomenally easy to build, provided you've got the mods. 306 duration, and 145 strength is all you need for a slowva. Hell, you can hit 144 strength with just Umbral Intensify, and that's enough. The helminth is a flex slot for whatever your playstyle is. I run Firewalker over her 3 because worm hole actually isn't very useful in any content. But you can follow his builds and be totally fine. However, I do disagree that she needs rolling guard, I don't think any frame needs rolling guard.

You said novas 3rd ability is molecular prime instead of 4th ability at 5:17 give or take 1 or 2 seconds. Fast nova is maxed at 40% Power strength. In the video you said max is 10% Power Strength at 6:09

Sorry but if anyone picks up Nova and doesn’t immediately understand the implications of 4 on a basic level and how strong she is, then there is an IQ issue and that person should never be playing anything that isn’t on a leap pad.
