Excellent...the most entrenched bad habits usually take the longest to overcome...without the DRC you cannot adequately identify the bad habit...good stuff and ends up being so simplified...fight yourself until you beat you overcoming bad habits
The DRC is very different from the standard trading journal in the way that it includes focused live intraday action steps to course-correct within a trading day, not just documenting past-tense the results of the trade. This is an extremely effective method and high value. I will be implementing this in addition to my current trade-journal. Thanks a lot for this!
Please do more playbook development videos and things to consider before and after a trade. But keep up the good work I learnt a lot more from these videos than any courses I have taken.
I really like this one. I do a report card called 'the good, the bad and the ugly". I break it down by the whole day based on what I did good, bad or downright ugly in terms of execution and mood. I summarize how to fix the errors with a system driven solution. (i.e. From today... Over trading BECAUSE I was chasing after not securing early gains. Solution: Exit based on signl and be ok leaving $ on the table. Take a walk and await the next alert. When in doubt just get out)
Here's the time stamps for each section of the report card being broken down into it's individual components. 3:22 - Date, Grade, & One goal 4:48 - Reminders / Affirmations 5:14 - Day breakdown / Temperature check 6:25 - Reflection on each segment in the rectangle 6:45 - What I learned / Improved up today 7:09 - Changes I need to make from today 7:32 - Overview 7:49 - Easiest 50K 8:30 - Write up any important trade of the day

Slowly but surely ;) prioritizing getting even 0.0001% better each day. At some point I’ll eventually reach a stage where I’ll get to show SMB I can be a valuable team member, based on sincere and consistent hard work.
