How to analyse Likert scale questionnaire on Excel: data coding and cleaning

What tests to use to analyse a questionnaire depends on first importing data, coding data and cleaning data. The coding and analysis can be done by Excel and SPSS in addition to Google Forms and Google Spreadsheet.
