A suggestion for draining grease. Take a square of aluminium foil. Carefully mold the foil into your drain opening. Stain the meat grease into the foil cup. When cool, simply wrap up the foil and toss. Except for bacon grease. Always save bacon grease for beans. Those look delicious! On my must make list.
Or just let the grease cool and pour it into a zip lock bag and toss. They have the flat bottom type that sits up by themselves or put it in a glass, fold the top of the bag down over the sides and pour. No mess, no leaks.

Luckily for me my daughter has taken over hosting after my last stroke! My family teases and says they are the lucky ones! The first time I hosted our family 2 years ago we were late by couple of hours! Everyone was starving! And she had to help! Dressing can be time consuming! Last get together in Jan we had lasagna soup and it was so delicious! Of course we had other things but it was the star! We made two big pressure cookers full and with 23 of us there were few left overs!

My family LOVES these but we've always called them Poppin' Fresh Bar-b-cups. I don't use brown sugar cuz I use Heinz Thick & Sweet barbecue sauce and it it sweeeeet!!

Me me talked about people not knowing their address. I had to relate a quick story: I used to work for Jegs race car parts. I had a guy from North Carolina call to order parts, when it came to his address he started to give directions to his house which did include things like the dirt road not the gravel road, etc. he did not know what State he lived in so he went to ask "Pa" when "Pa" didn't know, he then was told go ask his "Maw"... It took a long time but we got through it... LoL
