Im loving the difference in the rooms but just a tip if your boys play in the bed and the bed is against the window think pre-accident and move the bed back the wall and put the desk maybe over half the window
That’s a good tip! Didn’t really think about that. They don’t play in Lakin’s room usually only in theirs but that’s a good think to think about! One of my brothers actually fell out of their bedroom window when we were kids. 😬 thankfully he was okay. we had a garden and below that window my uncle had gardening fences in a pile to set up and those broke his fall. Scary time
I found that a magic eraser works really well on removing the black stains on the walls.

I relate to this video so much. I have two boys in one room and it’s constantly like this. Sometimes I want to give up on it because it’s such a work out to do. Then adding filming on top makes it more overwhelming. But after hearing you talk about it and getting it done I might just tackle their room. And have a sit down talk like you mentioned. Nice job mom! Its definitely hard to stay on top of things like walls, baseboards, under beds while working full time. After work , dinner, dishes, laundry its bed time! Then weekends more laundry and spending time with the family. Loved this video.

I just love seeing some of the same toys in your kids rooms as my kids. It did hurt my soul when you threw away the Pokemon cards tho lol. I remember myself putting EVERYTHING under my bed and stuffing stuff in my closet when I was a kid. Out of sight out of mind still works sometimes for my closet even as an adult.
lol the Pokémon cards Lakin had for 2 years now and he NEVER cared about them 😫 it was like $45 set I’m sure he only wanted at the time because kids at school lol he never was really a Pokemon fan 😫 I got tired of the cards being all over the house lol
And girl out of sight out of mind is legit my closet right now lol for weeks I’ve been putting off organizing it 😂
I remember when I found my boys room walls like that I was like howww?!
Omg i was in disbelief I was like how did this happen lol! Never again letting that happen!
What I do now is when I go in to help them clean it up as us moms do il take my pack of Lysol wipes n get any real bad spots until walls r being done again it really helps alot
Kids will be kids lol. Lucy has a new hangout spot. My cats always supervise me as well. Good job mom!
