It’s a huge amount of hours-especially considering you need to get up early to prepare for your day and then all of the rest. Actually it sounds a killer! You deserve all the benefits & cash you get. I don't get hours. In Australia, the new cabin crew who have completed their qualifications don't even get a chance. They are not willing to give as a chance. It's just unfair for us because we are capable and they never give the new people a chance.

How does Etihad measure your hours? Some airlines base departure and arrival times on when chocks are removed and placed. How does Etihad calculate it?
It is. We sometimes had to be ticket agents in remote departures. Loved it. 3, 7, 10, 14 day trips too.

It is indeed! Most crew resign before 10 years of work. In Europe long haul they have less hours, probably Australia as well.
