Who needs a better throwing program?
So maybe PT. 2 next ? & then a velo phase video?
Yes
yes please
WHEN IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN AIDEN!
Definitely need a part 2
I for sure need a part 2
One thing no one ever covers in these videos is where do you work in your lifting? Is it 3 days a week, 5 days? Do you work upper body on days you throw? Or only days you don’t? Like to see how to integrate throwing plus lifting without overworking the muscles. Thanks great content.
I lift after throwing, I have 4 workout days a week so they mix in with my throwing. Can add that detail to the next video 👍🏼
Yeah you want to lift on your higher intent throwing days after you throw so like A,B, and any velo days.
I would love to see a part 2
Love the vid💯
Thank you ✌🏼
Can u make a video showing your Plyo ball velocities on the different drills u do ex. Drop step, walking windup etc. Thanks!!
Yes, I’ll be making another plyo routine video. I’ll include velo’s for the different drills & Plyos
Part 2?
For folks living in cold climates how do you replace the 60 to 90 foot throwing? We have access to a net in our basement but outdoor throwing isn't a thing until March here
I’ve spent a lot of time throwing into nets, so they can work just fine. Main thing is monitoring intensity of the throw. Doesn’t need to be perfectly 60-90 feet, main thing is the intensity matches the day
@@AidenMcIntyreBaseball appreciate your content. What intent should we do the plyoballs?
Do you have a part 2?
Wish there was a pt 2😔
That may be coming soon
Why do you ramp up right into throwing all the way up to 90? I’m not touching a baseball until 3 weeks and 90ft is like 4 weeks, but that’s your first day?
60-90 feet is easy to maintain at 60-70%, so I like flipping it
@@AidenMcIntyreBaseball I had 5 weeks off, so if you had a longer shut down you’ll you also wait longer before getting into 90ft catch play?
@@jacksonthorne2666 Yes, if you want to start at 60 for the first week or two that’s great.
How does she feel about the stache?
Loves it haha
Can confirm big fan 🤷🏼♀️😍
During your no throw 3 week phase, did u do bands, if so how many days a week?
Yes, I do bands, deep tissue, warm up everyday before any type of throwing
@@amc5949 how many days a week do you do bands
@@jakelunenfeld3293 5-6 days
