I ordered and installed my Pioneer mini split in November of 2021. I absolutely love it. I've tested it to 5 degrees F. The temperature is 14 degrees F now and it is keeping me warm!
My system is a 110 volt model so no backup heat for me. I like it so well I'd give a testamonial! I had a minor problem last year and PD took care of it ASAP. Could not be happier.
I recommended Pioneer to a friend who purchased a larger unit with a central air handler. We installed it last summer and he is just as pleased as me. Joe Bob says "check it out."
Thank you for that generous feedback and for trusting our company. We are thrilled to hear you are enjoying your system, and sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience with us! All the best, Pioneer Mini Split.
I self installed my Pioneer Diamante mini-split last fall. It has kept my bedroom cool in the summer, and it is actually keeping it warm this winter even when it has gotten down to -15 this weekend. It is -2 out right now and the bedroom is still 70 degrees.
We appreciate the opportunity to deliver a satisfactory product experience to you and are delighted to read that your Diamante system is keeping you comfortable all year-round! Stay warm, our regards from Pioneer Mini Split.
Pioneer is the best brand out there
Your support means the world to us, thank you kindly! Regards from the Pioneer team.
will the 2 refrigerant lines, comm cable and drain tube fit inside a 2" pvc pipe? I want to run those lines in pvc in case of a leak and to restrict exposure to the elements, any issues with that?
Depends on the size of the pipes. For 1/4-3/8 or 1/4-1/2 a 3" will be fine. For 1/4-5/8 or 3/8-5/8 we'd recommend getting the 4" cover.
