The last film in a series of sensory-based shorts that explain how you can explore soil wherever you are, using your senses.
In this film we join Country Trust Coordinator, Jannine who grows food on her farm for local markets in Salford and the Greater Manchester area. Her farm is highly unique as it's located within one of the rarest habitats in the UK; low-land peat bog.
