Another super straight forward tips/tutorial video. Before going for aerial full learn the cartwheel full and master your aerial. Going for aerial full with a bad aerial is just going to make you dislike this move because it's going to feel and look like trash. On the other hand with a good aerial this is super fun. Especially fullswipe to super fast aerial dubs feels just amazing!
Its a very clear and simple explanation with LOTS of examples to follow and analyze properly. mad props!

It is really impressive that you are training on concrete, your confidence must be huge ^^
You are right. Once I'm warmed up my body becomes super responsive with these "basic" moves. It feels like I know exactly what I'm doing and as long as I have energy, I'm not feeling like being at risk for bad landings. I'm keeping my sessions pretty short nowadays and only session when I'm recovered.

Damn the Aerial progression looks smooth. I have to try it in my next session.
However I am doubtful since I saw a similar progression with raiz by Kojo on a playground and It was waaaay harder than he made it look.
Progression lines work but require a significant amount of thinking, focus and reps from the person who follows them.
