Yes! For the life of me. I can’t figure out the third switch in the top left.

I did some more research on getting to the top left yellow button.
1. You have to have the mouse wheel reverse direction in the room to the right.
The goal is to make it so that the mouse platforms are moving right (in the room to the left of the 3 cats room).
2. You can use the yoyo to break the points in the bottom right of the screen. (In the room left of the 3 cats room)
3. This allows you to go where you need to go to get the cat platforms moving up (instead of down).
There’s more after that obviously, but that should be enough to keep you going.

OK the comment above mine didn't really help, but I finally figured it out after a while so I'll add just this thing: pay attention to the icon on the platforms.
