When Peter Pan goes on his adventures there is no one better for him to go with than his best friend! Tinker Bell. They have fought pirates, traveled to and from Neverland and explored the world but for years I have been wondering how this iconic duo originally met! Even in my original video explaining Tinker Bell’s full story I didn’t have an answer because I didn’t know one existed, but I have dived deeper and finally have an answer.

@@JunkoEnoshima. The Disney Tinkerbell movies take place before Tink meets Peter pan from the original Disney 1953 Peter pan movie so Periwinkle is cannon.

It’s a pity there never was any Tinker Bell film that lead into the events of Peter Pan where the two meet and possibly why Tinker Bell doesn’t speak.
2 years later but Tink does still speak, humans (except hook and Peter) just can’t understand her. It shows that in the Fairy Rescue and in the Pirate Fairy movie
Tinker Bell always spoke, only to Peter. She was so loyal, she would only stand on Peter's shoulder and speak into his ear whispering. That way nobody would believe she knew anything. In case they abducted her. Tink is pure love and happiness. Tinker Bell is a mini Goddess and magic. She is the perfect feminine for Peter. Tinker Bell and Peter created Neverland as their own private island tobe together. In early days. As the origin goes.

Well they didn't show her meeting him in her movies, which were fascinating of what fairies of Neverland do. Was hoping they finally get to that point.
pixie hollow is on neverland, it's kinda like a fairy forest for them, but it's still on neverland

I’ve been asking this question since I saw the tinker bell movies because I thought one of those movies would tackle that subject 😅
Just saying this out here, I highly recommend all of the Tinkerbell books, they're a very interesting series telling the story of what happens during the events AFTER the Peter Pan movie. I really wish they had finished the Tinkerbell movies with the event of Tink meeting Peter, it would have wrapped things up so beautifully...
Tinkerbell has always been there for Peter.
And Peter?
He chose Wendy
And when Tinkerbell said:
"If you had to choose between me and her, choose her. Because if you really loved me, there wouldn't be any other choice."

Hey Issac! I have a question for you: Why are Peter Pan and Captain Hook the only ones who can understand fairies? That's something I have wondered about for quite some time.
Well I think the lost boys also understood her (its been a while since ive seen the video) because she tells them that peter has instructed them to shoot down the "wendy bird". So maybe everyone who lives on neverland understands them ? idk lol 😅
@@erikaguerrero2469 I just kind of assumed you'd pick it up eventually if you were around fairies... Not like you know it innately, or learn it like you'd learn most languages, but like how a child learns it by exposure. So that's why Peter knows it the best, and why some of the boys know it better than others.
In the tinkerbell spin off / prequel movie called The Pirate Fairy,
Tink meets a younger adult Hook He partially understands fairy talk at that point in time which I find intriguing.
Non of his men on the ship could understand the fairy speaking to their captain but Hook could.
Until the fairy started speaking in very long sentences Hook had to ask her to repeat herself and even after that he had to take a minute for the wording to all sink in but still failed and so brushed most of it aside and just responded to the first part of her sentence.
Who's is Prince Phillip's mother? Who is Prince's Eric's parents?
I remember reading “The Trouble With Tink” when I was a small child, and it was my favorite book. I forgot about it for a while, so thank you for reminding me!

Yesterday was Peter Pan’s 65th anniversary! What a great present! I hope someone makes a movie of their meeting and Hook’s hand being cut off. Oh I love Scarlet!

Oh wow, I remember that book, The Trouble with Tink! I went through a phase when I was young when I was borderline obsessed with fairies of all types, including the Disney fairies. During that time my parents bought me like 5 books from that series, including that one!

The Meeper because Peter pan never grows up nor does Tinkerbell.
Actually it is mentioned How They met in J.m Barries books. It said Peter Ran away from home The day he was born when he overheard his parents talk about What he was to be when he became a man, in kensington gardens he met Tinkerbell and The fairies who took him to neverland . You can find this In " a little white bird" written by barrie in 1902, 2 years before Peter pan thr play. Hope that helps

Fun fact: the concept for Link in ocarina of time was inspired in Peter Pan. This is why he is a little boy dressed in green, having adventures with a little fairy, and even comes from a vilage of children who don't grow up!
(this was confirmed by the original designer of the character, I think)

AAHHH THE DISNEY FAIRY BOOKS MY CHILDHOOD ❤️❤️ I use to love those books so much lol. It's pretty sad that a lot of the characters in them never made it onto the screen, I really loved them. The books also added a lot more dimension and depth to pixie hollow. You should check out the rest of them sometime! Great video 👍🏼

In my opinion, Tink and Peter's meeting was in the films Tinkerbell 7 and 8 but the films were not released because the Disneytoon studio was closed. We have seen Smee and Hook in the 5th Tinkerbell film.

I feel like Disney should have made one final Tinker Bell film explaining how Peter and Tinker Bell met before their adventures with Wendy, John, Michael and Jane. That would have been fitting and a nice tie together between the Peter Pan and Tinker Bell Disney franchises.

Peter Pan has been around for more than 100 years... People are only recognizing the movie. Smh. I recently read the noble and it is one of the most beautifully written piece of work of all the books I've read.

In a movie from a Animation serie , Peter Pan was a myth and tinkerbell found him as a baby boy. Tinkerbell finds out he is the Magic boy the story's in Neverland goes about. She took him to Neverland and that's Where the Real movie starts. Personaly do I like this version
