This game is a strange mix of looking well made and playing like it's absolutely butchered.
I keep getting distracted by the house, it looks so pretty. Too bad the rest of the game is... eh.
It's possible it's an asset flip and the assets mostly look good. But since you also need to make the assets work within a game world, that part can't be copypasted.
Or they used all their experience making the objects and subjects look ok, but almost nothing in any other area.
I mean it's an odd thing to make, you have all these crappy features when the person that will somehow enjoy porn, gets none of it.
At best this appealed to those that like terribly functioning games, like what Kevin sometimes is into. Similar to CZcams fodder, it has very little appeal.
Apparently according to one Steam review I just saw, porn is now in it, so now I guess it appeals to those that both like porn and some amount of boredom to get it.
If I wanted to play a dating sim with similar graphics, I'd just play the Yakuza series
I wouldn't be surprised if the entire dev team coded the entirety of the game with one hand. That would explain the horribly buggy and suggestive gameplay.

This game is a fantastic mess. The main quest is simply asking the shop owners about your brother, then finding evidence of him squatting at some abandoned house, and the devs thanking us for playing, and more will be added soon. Every voice-over is priceless. The steam news is mostly the devs apologizing for the lack of content and the drama surrounding creating anything new.

@@toopink4death492 what do you mean similar?! The only thing they have in common is that the mc inherets a hotel/bnb and that it's a dating sim. For the the rest they are entirely different games gameplay/plot/visual/gameworld features wise.

This game puzzles me. It is the most inconsistent thing I’ve ever seen. The graphics and animations are either top tier, or straight out of the uncanny valley; the sound effects are absolutely terrible, yet the voice acting kinda holds; the story is all over the place and yet somehow it can keep a general narrative going, and finally, even though it’s a dating sim, it gives more attention to the hunting and to the basketball court than to the actual dating.
Hang on, you genuinely think the voice acting holds up? Surely you’re joking 😂

This is what happens when you spend money in the Unity store for top tier assets, and have a couple cute friends who can almost voice act, but you don't know how to make a game.

This game is weirdly both very immersive and oddly lazy at the same time. You can do so much in it, but why?
Yeah, it's incredibly unfocused, as though the developers didn't know if they wanted a dating sim, an open-world adventure, a mystery game, a business simulator, or a crime game and decided to do all of them at once.

With games like this, typically the “working” features are the parts that that developer didn’t actually make.
