Hi..yes you can but need to freezed your cake sandwich to get much harder because whipping cream is too soft and you need to cover your cake with fondant fast..That's why butter cream is the advisable for fondant cakes..

Hello Sofia...mas maganda labas mo muna sya ng mga 5 minutes from the freezer para makapawis yung yelo nya sa loob tapos punasan muna lang ng tissue yung pawis niya.Para hindi na sya magpapawis pag binalutan..Pero kung sa chiller mo lang naman nilagay pwede muna diretso balutan ng fondant..

Hi..If you're using homemade fondant you can add more icing sugar to get more hard but if you're using ready made fondant you can use cornstarch for dusting not to melt while you covering the cake..
Also keep your cake in a cake box always after finishing it for not to absurb moisture...Hope this will help you..

Ilalagay niyo lng po sa freezer after niyo mabalutan ng ganache or buttercream depende po sa flavor ng cake.Pero kung hindi naman po kau nagmamadali pwede din po sa chiller lang mahalaga lng po ay matigas yung cake bago niyo balutan ng fondant..

Hi..most of the time I'm using ready made liquid coloring..Well I recommend that much better to use ready made one to get real color you wanted..
You can buy in any grocery store the small bottled liquid coloring..
