Easy & Stable Chocolate Ganache Recipe That Anybody Can Make at Home

Chocolate Ganache Recipe:
550g Dark Chocolate (54%)
500g Whipping Cream
20g Vegetable oil
Procedure:
*Boil the whipping cream and together.
*Pour the boiling cream and oil into bowl of chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate dissolve.
*Keep in the room temperature area to get set or keep in the chiller if you want to set it fast.
*You can also use this ganache directly just cool it down then you can cover or filling to your chocolate cake.

How do you know where to place the black sections to keep it symmetrical?
Just use the pentagon shape for black then try cut a paper stencil first and try it. If going perfect to the ball, then mark your flat fondant and cut it.. Just simple tip to make your black fondant as thin as posible to get a better result😊

How much fondant have you used in grams? Blue? orange? and white?
Hi! For blue is around 1.5k including the board cover, orange is around 350g and for white is around 100g..

Hi. CMC powder is the one gives the normal fondant extra strenght and to dry faster..You can find this in online store.
