I did lose like 3kg during the winter break last year from working out at home but lost the progress since I didn’t continue to workout. @@Enchxnted_fnm Ik it’s really hard to balance it but I have something that might work for you and if it doesn’t just try to diet! So there’s an old bodybuilder named “mike mentzer” who rarely trained you should look him up I think it will help good luck and it’s good to prioritize school!
No matter the size man, you can still work out and get taller and stronger but in shape and with really good heath, working out only enchance the body 💪 so it make you have a better physic and feel better in general.
