first of all, your videos are my source of motivation, so keep creating that.
i run a software development agency ( Ahmedabad, India ), specializing in python and related tech stack ( django, fast API, react, data analysis, ML etc ). first 5 projects came through reference and people who had worked earlier with me.
my biggest mistake, i never invested my resources or energy in marketing. just registered a company and started delivering quality work. this worked well for first 2 years, however when projects complete i realized that I had no other source of getting new projects apart from my refences and like you said it takes time.
i ended up losing couple of very good devs who i had nurtured from day one.
trying my best to bounce back again.

So cold emails dont work in 2024? Networking and relationships are not my strength....
You can learn them- they wern't my strength either. You need to adapt (imo)
