I think...since Stiles got really got him to open up and show his fun side as well, Derek would become more isolated again, like he was in the beginning of the show, maybe this time even worse. The second option is that he would become even more protective of everyone since guilt is his strongest curse and he can't handle losing anyone else. But I think the first is accurate. And Sheriff… I don't think he could ever completely get over that. I also wonder if he relapsed again with alcohol, since he has had some problems with it before.
