What do you expect jini to do? It's a company, if you make mistake obviously you're gonna get scolded, it's also not like jini scolded him that badly. You can see in the video because of the mistake chen made the other employees had to works for extra 2hrs carving the bamboo and missing lunch. He should instead be thankful they didn't make a great deal out of it
@@athy0i I would expect a boss, especially a CEO, to take an employee aside instead of berate them in front of others 🤨 no boss should ever yell at someone for a simple mistake.
Maybe he didn’t know bamboo comes whole and should’ve asked but he didn’t. He’s still a new employee and still learning. They should’ve had someone help him order supplies.
@Charlie But that's not how the world works, the boss get to yell at their employees especially if they make mistakes. And if he can't take such criticism for the mistake he made, it's better to just quit.
@@athy0i yes but there’s a fine line between criticizing and berating. If a boss yells at an employee for a simple mistake, it shows how the boss performs under pressure. So sue me for criticizing how she “corrected” an employee and not the actual problem 🙄

I can cook though? All my friends can cook at varying degrees. We were hit with a massive recession, we would have starved without any cooking skills. Isn't there another generation that couldn't cook because they depended on their stay at home wives or their moms? It's always the millennials fault for everything I guess.
