Die Obergeschosse sind nur mit der Zimmerkarte zu erreichen; für gewöhnlich dauert es aber in solchen Hotels nicht lange, bis der Aufzug in eine der oberen Etagen gerufen wird, so auch hier.
The upper floors can only be reached with the keycard, but usually it doesn´t take long in hotels like this until the elevator is called to one of the upper floors as you can see here.
