According to reports, the Esplanade has 8 phases which will stretch for 25kms along the length of the Pasig River, passing through several LGUs. So most likely, it will go through Guadalupe. However, this project is projected to go on for three years. The Esplanade in Manila is just phase 1.
Actually, your concern was answered within the video. The Esplanade will stretch until Laguna de Baie. You could rewatch the whole video.
