Nothing she said about her confidence made sense, she's confident, but is constantly getting plastic surgery because she's insecure like every other woman, yet she thinks people are jealous of her looks. It kinda seemed like she doesn't fit her own idea of the perfect look, and until she's satisfied she'll get any surgery she can. That doesn't scream self-love, but it does scream self-hatred. She came off as self-centered and arrogant.
