Hi Brian, if a merchant copies and pastes a link will the cardholder be taken to their specific invoice or is it necessary to enter and invoice number? Does the CardPointe suite of products have a tool to send or link specific invoice?
As of right now, the HPP is a static page that can accept as many payments as needed. The HPP itself is not tied to a specific Invoice or invoice number. So although there is an invoice field available, it's not required to be entered by the customer and therefore when the merchant send the HPP link to a customer it is not associated with a specific invoice.
As of right now, there is not a dedicated invoice link feature within CardPointe but I believe they have plans for one in the future.

The CardPointe HPP is not invoice # specific right now. So the page exists and a merchant's customers can pay a many times as they'd like to WITH or WITHOUT an invoice number. So Invoice # is not a required field.
However, if it's entered it's passed through and logged inside of the CardPointe Reporting tab.
There may be an invoicing feature (where the HPP is tied to a SPECIFIC invoice number) with CardPointe in the future but right now I don't believe there is. For that functionality, you can check out: www.simplypay.me
Is there a way to link this with woocommerce? The idea is clear behind an image and a link, but if the customer added a product in wordpress using woocommerce of course, he will be directed to the woocommerce checkout page. Everything is connected through woocommerce. It is not a stand alone page with a button and a link. How to embed the link into the woocommerce checout page for the "Place order" button provided by woo?

@@Bancardsales Thanks for your response! My client has one, I'm building his WordPress site and we submitted a support ticket today for the Hosted Payment Page - waiting to hear back. Hopefully it will have instructions on what needs to be done (if anything) to pull the HPP through an so the user doesn't feel they are leaving his site. Thanks for your help.

2- Does this work ONLY with Wordpress? No it works with any website builder
3- Can we set up a custom thank you page? No it is a standard thank you page.
4- How fast can I get it set up? Usually it takes 24-48 hours
