So I watched him live in Vegas on Monday. He did the iPhone trick with a member of the audience after smashing his phone. The tricks are cool and while I can't explain how he did it, it seems there are quite a few magicians doing this kind of thing. Matt is charismatic, funny and seems like a really down-to-earth guy but still really slick, which made the show really enjoyable.
Observing this, I can (sort of) imagine how certain parts of the trick might have happened, but the seat cushion is beyond me. Is some kind of supernatural explanation the most reasonable?
Magic is completed after he got the phone from Melvi's hand..thats the most crucial part..because that is not actually Melvi's phone but a similar replica
