Everest Basecamp altitude is 5364m from the sea-level. It takes around 8-9 days to reach there from the capital, Kathmandu.
Mountains that can be seen from basecamp are
Mt Everest, Mt Pumari, Mt Nuptse, Mt lotshe, and others peak too.
