When you mentioned wild yellow flowers 🌻, It brought back memories of my childhood. I grew up in the Dom. Rep and over there we call wild yellow flowers on the side roads, "Flores de muerto." Which I never understood why.

I remember the storms of December 2018. We got a lot of rain in a short period of time.
The most beautiful place I've ever seen on earth is the cemetery in Santa Barbara. Its on a ridge overlooking the ocean. The view is breathtaking. Maybe its just me but I'm hoping Mrs Cantin and her daughter found a spot there.

I had her surrounded by some beautiful yellow flowers and when I posted it with just a yellow heart emoji in the text. My losses seems insignificant in view of what Kim has endured. You are an amazing person, so much to learn from. Helping to open hearts.
I went to UCSB and this area is like paradise in my memory so it is hard to imagine what happened. I have also lost a son and didn't ever want to see his body but I had everything else so I can understand wanting to have something.
