Is there any wobble between the upper and lower receiver? I have two versions of the Gen 2 AEG version and they both had this problem.
I wonder how can I remove the orange tip. It comes with a metal orange muzzle and I tried dipping it into boiled water and using Allen screw but still can’t remove it
the lower reciver is steel or plastic?

You forgot tell something important about gen3 VFC rifles. They have regulate hex screw in hammer, to increase gas efficiency. If you regulate that, Tokyo Marui guns argument are invalid.
Was about to say it. That's way more important than the single piece valve knocker imo.

is there any change in the buffer and spring part?
No change. Now I added a ra-tech bolt carrier, so it is heavier. But for my HK417 I kept a stock lightweight bolt carrier, so I changed a buffer to heavier.
Also if you want to play in winter, you need a weaker spring. Plan to make a video on how to make GBBR work in cold weather.
Can i attach or replace a mock silencer for the barrel?

No shaking at all. If you have any shaking, try www.midwayusa.com/product/100340833 (you can find the same but cheaper on Aliexpress).

Mine's a bit shaky as well, it doesn't rattle but it's noticeable.

How weird The NPAS is adjustable on my one, I literally just reduced the FPS on it, there’s a 1.5 Allen key in the nozzle

late response but it should be adjustable out of the box, it come with aadjustable NPAS system out of the box

So I would have to buy a new bolt, new lower receiver and firing pin to upgrade my gen2 to gen3
at least a new firing pin and drill lower receiver to fit it
Definitely don't drill your lower receiver. You can keep your valve knocker assembly as it is until it breaks (it may not). Then switch the stock assembly for an ESD single piece valve knocker assembly. It requires no modifications on your lower and is basically the same as the VFC gen3. You also need to get a new gen hammer if you don't have a hammer screw. And you don't need any bolt modification since it is the same as the gen2 (if not worse since the gen2 had the NPAS).
