The United States has become ‘the most profound source of instability worldwide’President of the US Council on Foreign Relations said Richard Haass, President of the US Council on Foreign Relations. In 2023 he said he ‘has come to a disturbing conclusion that the most serious danger to the world's security right now is the United States itself’, he told The New York Times in an interview.(July 1 2023) Meanwhile in China under Xi Jinping No wars, no defence pacts, no territorial expansion, no invasions of or occupation of other countries, has never started a conflict nor triggered a proxy war and no overseas military bases, apart from a resupply depot in Djibouti for UN maritime pirate patrols. China was the founding first signatory to help establish the United Nations, and is an active member in all areas. China has one of the best peace records among major powers. So your assumption regarding China intellectually dishonest and wrong.
