Great vid! Finally someone who showed the clippers doing its job of clipping the hair instead of having a slick bald head from the start of the vid and just talking about it. I wanted to see exactly how short/close the Balding Clippers cuts hair down to and now I have the answer. Thanks my man!
All the other reviews talking shit, going over specs. THIS is what I've been wanting to see. My man cut his hair in 2 min. This joint looks fire and I'm getting one.

Exactly. I wanted to see how easy to use, how effective it is and how long it takes to trim. He even showed that how easy and quick is to shave after the trim with a regular razor. Well done without bs-itting.

I just bought mine and this video confirms the loudness of it. I have both the Regular Wahl Professional and the Balding one. The regular pro version is much quieter but the Balding one is way louder. I don't mean like a super loud but it's definitely at least twice as loud unless I grip it firmly...which seems cumbersome. I'm returning it because it nowhere as quiet as yours.

Wahl Balding clipper cuts down to fuz. It can not cut very close. Also I thought it was too heavy to cut hair on yourself.

The other machine the guy was trying to tell you about that will get it closer is the Wahl Shaver/Shaper or the new one called the Finale. But you wouldn't be able to use that with as much hair as you just cut off with the balding clippers. If anything it is used to compliment the Balding Clipper. Man it was amazing how you shaved your head without even looking unless you had another mirror that you were looking at.

I have the same ones. I know, I haven't had them a year. They stopped cutting. They come on, but the blade don't vibrate. I tried adjusting the screw, still doesn't work. They cut good but leave your skin irritated. The "t liners" from andis are the best clippers you can buy. Just a little higher.
I have been using this and Andis T-outliner for years. Both are great but The Wahl is more powerful for balding. It can have the job done faster. Take the time to clean adjusting the blade right. Thus, You may think it is not a great product. You have to be patient and know how to play with the blades and set them right to each other.

These clippers are great for people who have thinning hair. It won’t get you skin bald but really low

Yes, I bald my head, but use a #2 for my son using the same clippers. It may not be a true 2 since the factory blade cuts shorter. But I’ve had this for over 10 years, and am fi going to replace the blades ... $22

Any reason to buy these if I already have regular Wahl clippers? The only difference i know of is the regular Wahl clippers give you a lever to give you THE OPTION of a slightly longer cutting length...
If you are able to zero gap your clippers then there is no need to get these
