Swim Jigging Summer Crappies!

- When it comes to catching crappies, most people think about grabbing some live bait and soaking it below a bobber. And swim jigs are a great alternative for catching slabs with artificials. You gotta have respect for the Lindners who are never hung up on 1 species. They have an abundance of information on how to be a better well rounded angler. In being well rounded it helps with tacrics with your favorite species as well. I only fish for crappies 1 maybe 2 months out of the year. Same with eyes. I mainly target LMB and SMB. I feel without the knowledge obtained through the Lindners my freezer wouldn't be so full. Not only do they push folks to be better anglers but better folks off the lake as well. They are incredible anglers and family men who drop their years of combined experience of how to knowledge on their viewers. Thanks guys. God bless.

I was on the dock at Zion Harbor on Leech lake, a bible camp in the 70s and 80s. Al came in with his boat. I had a beat up In fisherman hat on. He said "You need a new hat" He took off his hat and tossed to me.
Another amazing video from you all! In-Fisherman TV got me introduced to fishing when I was 14 years old. I didn't grow up around it and nobody in my family was into fishing. Between your show and having to learn the hard way l have learned a lot over the years. I personally haven't used any live bait for 24 years now! I love multiple species fishing and in particular crappie. I'm a bank angler with no electronics and I do pretty well. I love throwing a few baits different baits like small jerkbaits, small crankbaits, small underspins, and my favorite are 1.5" to 2" swimbaits. I totally agree with you that most people fish too deep and use to heavy of equipment. The rod, reel, line, and weight of the lure are extremely important in the success of catching crappie.
