I've seen a similar curry in Malaysia, and they also fry their eggs, great idea. Love your clear instructions. I will have to improvise when I make this. I live in rural France and can't get all the ingredients. But I love it, and I will do my best! What sort of bouillon? There are so many. Are the Scotch bonnets floating in there? I wasn't sure. I have a Guyanese friend, and when she comes to visit I am going to impress her with this. Thank you.
Hey Candy Girl you made my mouth taste this yes . Here in Trinidad we do them seperate either curried shrimp or curry eggs but I will definitely try this combo I can smell all d way girl love love love Sis Trini/Guya to the bone lol love ya Sis God bless
