When us card makers use embossing folders on card and want to make the design inked, we add the ink to the folder - would that work with the paint on the embossing folder rather than painting the clay after?
The paper would soak up the ink, no? I don’t emboss cards but I do know the only reason this works is because the polymer has no chance to soak up pigment, leaving only pigment that wasn’t removed by the paper-towel on contact.

What kinda paint are you using? I'm struggling with that.
Were you just using a baby wipe?
Hmm interesting. I always remove all the paint somehow no matter how gentle I am, but will have to try again 🤔 Thanks for the video
