I am so sorry that you experienced the loss of one of the kittens, they are so innocent, and mama cat was so very sad. Losing a pet is very difficult. They are no less family members than if they could speak to you. I communicate with all of my animals, past and present. They are very good listeners! In fact, they often listen better than my husband!

Those dislikes doesn't know what love means
Dislikes are left because cat family was left to live on the street. No rescue for them.
Yes, dislikes are because they left the cat family on the streets to live. However, they are also creating a bigger problem by not spaying the mother or spaying/neutering the kittens. How many more stray cats will now be born just to these 3 kittens and mother alone? 5? 10? 20? How many more will be born to those? There could potentially be hundreds. How many of those will suffer on the streets or find themselves in a similar situation? I'm happy and loved that they rescued these poor kittens but they certainly didn't save them.

Sue B idk if you watch the video or not, but it's clearly been explained that the one kitted that dead was squashed by a rock. Maybe they're playing around and accidentally move the rock and it squashed the kitten and THAT is what blocking the way. The only way in and out blocked by the rock AND the dead kitten, look at the video the dead kitten is sandwiched between two rocks. And only after the expert dug the dirt and remove the rocks then they can pull the dead kitten out, and after that the way is open and they managed to took the first kitten out. Even if they're saved right when they got trapped, the kitten is ALREADY DEAD.

It broke my heart when i realized you didn’t get them a home
Well, they didn't give them a home probably cause the kittens looked healthy with their mother even if they were strays, I guess they wanted the mother and her kittens not to be stressed cause of giving them a home and all that. So, they did what they had to do. Save the kittens, give them nutrition to survive through it, let the family reunite. The cats were okay and didn't need a home, they were happy being strays like that.
It seems like they already kind of had a home in the resident basement. Looks like the janitor was feeding and looking out for them too. Even though they are strays they look like they have place to stay and a community that looks out for them. Not the worse ending in my opinion!

As painful as it is, when kittens reach about 8 to 12 weeks, it's pretty hard to socialize them by that point. As long as the cats are being taken care of by their mother, as well as neutered/spayed when they are old enough, they can and probably will live the rest of their days as street cats.

I'm too sad to think of the good stuff. One kitten's life was lost and that's always a loss in my bible. I just wish they'd kept the kittens body so the mother could mourn with her living kittens.

I dropped my phone seeing the dead cat...it breaks my heart. I was surrounded by cats since I first arrived home from birth. I hate seeing cats in pain. I've grown to know a lot about them, I've seen them hunting, playing, fighting, and so much more. I hope the dead cat forever rests happily at Rainbow Bridge (what I call animal heaven). I don't really like korean culture (as some eat cats) but you're an example of the perfect person. I hope you live long, the animals you saved will be forever grateful ❤

wanna really get hurt? my old cat lost one baby in of her first litters, she had like 5 or 6 litters after this one. and every single time she was pregnant for a while she started going back to the closet where she hid the dead kitten back then. every year for 5 or 6 years she spent hours, almost days sometimes just sitting in that closet. god i loved that cat.
