I have a P0420 on my 2015 CRV,I should replace a downstream oxygen sensor too , without needing to diagnose anything ? But on the other hand, O2s11 voltage shows, from 0 to 254 mili amps, why does it jump so high ? Thanks

2016 Accord, 72k miles, first time check engine light on, P0420. I simply deleted this code by the scan tool one week ago, and have not seen it back after 500 miles.
Update: The code was on (100-150 miles) and off (300-500 miles), for 2-3 months. I pulled the sensor out and cleaned it, but CEL was on again after 600 miles. Replaced the sensor (Denso) and it works so far about 2k miles.

Hello, I replaced the downstream sensor, but the check engine light came back on 3 weeks later. I scanned it again and the same code was displayed. However, it says bank 1. Does this mean it's the upstream O2 sensor? I have a 2015 Honda Accord Spot. Your Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Also sometimes my vechile doesn’t crank but it does after I loosen up the battery terminal and tighten them back. @@RBTheMechanic My 07 Honda accord had aftermarket Cat installed and now the OBD II sensor says my sensor “Bank 1” air/fuel ratio is what’s causing check engine light and nothing else was detected what so ever. Is it possible that all I need is a new sensor for bank 1 ? And does is it need to be OEM sensor ? I believe the OEM for my Honda accord is “Denso” and also does the sensor for “Bank 2” also have to be OEM denso brand ?
