Watching this reminds me that there are a few game modes that promote team work and are actually more fun than most modes.
I think the new MW missed a trick by not evolving Ground War - I still love the mode, and I'm not overly smart, but I still feel there are elements out there that can be added to GW that heavily rewards team wins, by rare calling cards or some other bonus above the typical XP.
I'm sure there are plenty of players out there that can rattle off any number of solid ideas.

Was inspired by this so thought I'd fire up MWR and try out capture the flag. This vid set me up with calm expectations of pure team work and comradery. I quit after 3 games. First game everyone on my team was shite, I was left stranded running at the flag alone while the enemy turned me into swiss cheese while the wee fella on my team camps nowhere near our flag with an LMG trying to get kills. 2nd game we lost by a fraction, decent. 3rd game, we went 2-1 down with over a minute to go so my entire team quit and left me. Shitebags.
