- I've been messing around with Total Boat's new mineral casting compound, Razzo, and wanted to see how it would interacted with wood. It's mid February so I thought I'd try my end at making a faux stone inlay vase for some roses. Here's how it turned out :) Thanks for watching

That's fun! looks like we have to check out that Razzo mamma jamma
Definitely a cool use to add the aluminum. Imagine all the other neat things that could be added.
Yeah! We’re trying some brass at the moment
You absolutely crushed it! Such a cool design and effect!
Thanks guys :)
Fun project. Watching your Instagram posts I had assumed the aluminum was chips from a metal machining I assume you have in the makerspace. I agree with Dave - it's a great idea to add it.
Metal chips from machining would be infinitely cooler so I’ll have to save some next time we mill aluminum… but these were super affordable on amazon and still pretty cool
Interesting. I'm not big on epoxy, but this looks like it would be fun to play with.
Its really fun to play with! Super simple to get “right” too with the mixing.
Looks great! Never heard of this material. I wonder what would happen if u put polysterene beads or white plastic pellets in Razzo. Maybe light can pass through and make a cute lamp
That’s a cool idea! Maybe we’ll have to try it hmmmmmm
Got some of that Jessi footclamp action going on 😄 🦶🗜
It’s the best clamp.
