    This helps me a lot. I train alone in my garage gym. Getting a heavy bar off the J hooks for a limit bench can be tricky. I have an ancient Body Smith power rack with safety pins, plus I bought some safety straps from Spud Inc. for squats. I rarely miss a rep, but it only takes one bad miss to incur a nasty injury..... Thanks for another great video!
