The penis cancer is so rare, less then 1% of the population. The the only way to prevent STD Is by using a condom. In Israel for example, where most men are circumcised there are still high numbers of SDT compared to the advanced countries because people forget to use the hat.
Penis cancer is caused by the Human Papaloma Virus. Cervial cancer is also caused by HPV. There is a vaccine for HPV. If only one partner is vaccinated the risk of HPV caused cancer goes to almost zero for the vaccinated partner. If both partners are vaccinated, the risk is so close to zero it can't get any closer. The benefit of reduced penile and cervial cancer no longer applies. Between the two (vaccine or amputation), the vaccine sounds like a better idea.

Not that painful… my son was circumcised in this country and he was so scared before the procedure but I told the dr that he needs antibiotic ointment before he wrap in in the gauze, thank God no pain but a lot of panick for my son, but then he told me that not bas at all… he just scared nec he thought its painful
You don't need a narcotic, it's not open heart. It's same day outpatient. Tylenol is really all you need, speaking from personal experience.

the foreskin is such a misunderstood organ , it serves many purposes like protecting the glans from friction and abration with clothes, it also has about 20000 nerves endings which gives pleasyre during sex , it also produces oils and fluids to provide natural lubrication and protection ,it also helps the penis slide easier inside the vagina .
i was circumcised at 5 years old and now at 18 my penis looks scared and the glans got so abrased from clothing that when i run or bike or even touch it by bare hands it hurts , so not only the nerve endings in the foreskin are lost but the nerves in the glans are also damaged as a result . and if you look up the texture of the glans of an uncut and a cut penis in the internet you would see what i'm talking about
