The pensrose maze's rewards are far too bad for the money you need to waste on it. Getting CLUES on this maze is literally throwing money in the trash.
They need to fix this.
the random drops aren't the point of it (well okay maybe some care about the exclusive dishes and whatnot)
the absolute minimum thing you should be interested in is the acc/furniture drop which is basically like rolling for an S on an essence with especially sucky contents

But for me, to get something so... "readily available" as clues as filler instead of uniue B tiers or unique penrose graffiti/portraits is... disrespectful. If they switched it to inspirations instead or gave a more substantial amount of clues (like if give clues, give from 200 up) or, if they decide to truly revamp it, they could sporadically give either echoes (as a cashback of sorts) or the penrose maze currency itself so you can invest more on it

a bit under 500, 1000 echo = 200 points, absolute maximum to pay is 35,000 echoes but never in practice due to the various nightingale bonuses
9.99 topup center = ~76 echoes per dollar = 460.52 dollars, not sure where people got 500 from anyway.. it's a bit under 400 dollars if slowroll 1000 echoes per week for uh 30 weeks
