      Mike Rinder was head of OSA during the Masterson assaults, what did he know about it?
      Leah Remini endorses Best Friends Animal Society which is the Process Church of the Final Judgement that's an offshoot of Scientology, why does she do this?
      The Mark Fisher human trafficking website can be dealt with later.
      Thanks for your consideration.

    My Uncle and his wife were among the first prospective Scientologists. Basically, L. Ron Hubbard gathered a bunch of people telling them about this life changing organization he was building, and asked them if they wanted to learn more about it. Te people who agreed, were taken out to sea on his yacht, and used as free labor as his ship's crew while he told them stories about absolute nonsense, and the religion he was going to build based upon that nonsense. After hearing Hubbard's plot, there were a number of people who were not convinced that starting a new religion based on completely fabricated garbage was in their best interest, and asked to go back to port so they could disembark. They were told, "No". At that point, these people became prisoners, and slaves doing free labor on the yacht. The next day, my Uncle and some of the others told Hubbard, and the few guards he'd brought with them, that if they don't return to port immediately, it will become a kill-or-be-killed situation, and the survivors will have a lot of explaining to do. So, Hubbard takes the yacht back to port. Not sure why nobody filed charges against Hubbard and his accomplices. Perhaps he paid them all off? I wouldn't have taken the money. His ass would be charged with kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, and whatever forced labor laws would apply.

      This was the original Sea Org, they went to sea with Hubbard. Eventually there were three ships being used. He had lots of willing volunteers for it. The only problem was when people decided they wanted to leave the boats without Hubbard or Mary Sue’s say so.
      It was all done so Hubbard could avoid subpoenas, court judgements and the IRS.

    In my personal opinion I believe Scientology was indirectly culpable in the deaths of both John’s wife Kelly and his son Jet. I don’t believe either of them received proper treatment for their health issues. Kelly’s cancer was undoubtedly taking a slew of vitamins and doing the purification rundown instead of legitimate treatments. As far as Jet was concerned he was autistic and was denied the proper medication for his disorder. He also had seizure disorder which is usually treated with medication like Phenobarbital or Depecoat, medication that was certainly not allowed.

    • @missnataliedavis
      @missnataliedavis Před 7 měsíci +76

      The church? Not the parents? While John was probably out preoccupied bobbing a knob and Kelly was looking in the mirror at herself, their son was needlessly dying. Seizures hurt. Big time. He should have been charged with some type of manslaughter. Watching your kid die right in front of you, painfully suffering, is twisted.

    • @jayceecee8651
      @jayceecee8651 Před 7 měsíci +106

      Autism isn't a medication disorder. There are comorbid disorders that are associated with it, and those disorders are often treated with medication/therapy.

      @@jayceecee8651 Yes, thanks for clarifying, but I was strictly speaking about seizure disorder which is helped by various medications. Jet had a seizure, fell , hit his head and died. He didn’t die from autism but from lack of proper care to mitigate seizures.

Only i don't appreciate like or support any false information rumors ect, it's no secret that Scientology is a cult and dangerous for all those who don't have a voice. I no longer listen to Phillip Adams (broadcaster/interviewer) after his making light of the effects of a Catholic upbringing on many women’s lives - a misrepresentative number of whom go into sex work.

      JT’s wife was said to be the bigger supporter of Scientology. As such, to blame him for her death is crazy. One can make their own medical decisions and she did and died. They had the means to get out of sciencetogy, to choose medical treatment. If she “allowed” herself to take an alternatoce route for cancer, thats on her (though thats assuming people who take “traditional” treatments for cancer dont die-which is not true).

    I’ll never understand how John and Kelly could have stayed in after the death of their son Jet. Why didn’t their OT abilities enable them to cure him of his autism and seizure disorder? How did he die from a seizure in the middle of the night with them in the next room? How did they not sense this with the promises that the grade chart to total freedom has clearly written down? And when Kelly was diagnosed with advanced cancer - didn’t they wonder how on earth an OT of the highest level could “pull it in”? Why couldn’t she just cure herself by being able to “be at cause over matter, energy, space and time” (MEST)? And then John’s best friend, Kirstie Alley suddenly dies from cancer! Why couldn’t she diagnose herself early and cure it? Or not get it at all? I hope John is finally waking up to the lies and deceit. After all these years, what a hard thing to have to admit to, though.

    • @Jess-on-the-Tube
      @Jess-on-the-Tube Před 7 měsíci

      Scientology does the same thing to people that narcissists do - subjects you to abuse but then tells you it's your fault it happened. Bad things happen to you cos you "pulled it in". You don't have the promised OT powers because you were duplicitous & didn't do the coursework properly/honestly - you fudged your way through and are committing a fraud on other scientologists; you're not a real OT. It's ALL because you're an imperfect scientologist. Hell, while Travolta was still in its web, just who he was provided explanation for why things went wrong for him - and even for his wife and son, who were at best associating with someone low on the tone scale.
      Successful manipulative entities rely on the way good people are susceptible to taking on unfounded guilt and responsibility, and have whole constructs built around gaslighting them into doing so. CoS even supercharges this with auditing & KR reports - focusing on transgressions, forcing you to hand them ever more here's-why-you're-still-bad ammunition (even if from a past life) & God knows if you keep any to yourself (one of the biggest sins of all) you'll be hyperaware of what you're hiding... Is there a known SP that you smiled at last week, even though you knew it was wrong? And why do you keep falling into bad habits, even though you know better? What about those KRs you should have filed but didn't (due to the same compassion/good person tendencies CoS is leveraging to gaslight you in the first place)? You eventually found a trick that helps to "make the needle float" - but you know it was a trick. It wasn't the right way. You're a fake. You've never been clear. You just pretended things to get out of that interrogation room again. You might pretend to the world that everything is good, but secretly, you know of your flaws... But this is a very human tendency. Cults just exploit it.
      I think Jason Beghe noted in his "exit" interview that the most effective prison is one created by your own mind.
      If you can finally get free of the gaslighting & the brainwashing, an objective view tells you how ridiculous it is, but even then, it can take a while to really shake off that sense that you were at least part of the problem. How many times is it clear to you that a friend is taking responsibility for something that isn't their fault? (full well knowing that you would still fight those feelings if _you_ were the one in their shoes). Now imagine if, in a social structure, instead of getting a chorus of "You know that's not your fault, right?" you were getting the opposite. Experiments show that, in a room of "plants" voting against them, a subject loses confidence in their conclusions about the most simple of things (like "which line is longer?"). Selling a "religion" where imperfection leads to bad things, perfection is achievable, and it's your fault that you're not - that' just picking up an existing faulty brain track and monetizing it.
      It's extra insidious because, when tragic things happen to you, the religion is, at best, relying on a, "Who is the secret SP in your life that is sabotaging you" witch hunt, taking aim at all non- or "bad" scientologists for disconnection, perpetuating the bubble of delusion & disconnecting you from anyone who might have gently been trying to plant seeds of doubt; at worst, it's relying on a mindset of "Okay, on my worst days, I really felt like I might be a failure of a human being - and what's happening to me now proves I was right".
      (Sorry if your "I'll never understand..." comment was more rhetorical, LOL. I just had thoughts. Absolutely with you on the hope he is finally waking up to it... It is such a horrible, destructive system of belief to exist within for him, for the reasons just mentioned and more. He needs to be out of it).

    The supervising authority in my school district was a scientologist. A scientologist who believed that classifications of conditions such as ADHD, or ADD, or OCD, or autistic or asperger where ”imaginary conditions”. The administrator blocked all funding for these programs.
    It’s taken a decade to build up the programs again.
    Hundreds of students needing help have been denied that help and hundreds of school classes have felt the impact.

      We had a very popular and very funny tv show by Greeks in the 80s, maybe 90s, called Wogs At Work. It was hilarious. That was back in the days in Australia where we could all really take the p*ss out of each other and our own nationalities and nobody really got offended. Australia is such a multicultural country. These days people can be too much like snowflakes. They get offended at everything. Those of us born in the 1960s had the best growing up years with none of the straight laced stuff prior, and none of the 'woke' snowflake bullshit of now. I find people are far too precious these days. I do not tolerate cruelty though of any culture etc.

    One theroy I have that is not touched on much in regards to John T. Is that his son who passed away (Jett) had autism. And with autism, oftrn times, they have seizures. And they need medication. Not just for seizures but for mood regulation, sleep, etc. ( I know this bc my son has severe autism and have been in this autism world for 18 years. )
    So I wonder if his beliefs in scientology persuaded him to not give his son medications? And after he passed away, John then resented scientology for this. For his buying into this belief and John may think it contributed to his son's death. - the. lack of meds

      It was common knowledge in many different media sources that Jett had autism, & John, on Oprah at some point, did actually acknowledge his son had autism. Seizure disorders are seen in some people w/ autism, but seizures can have multiple sources. I know Jett died after having a seizure & hitting his head, but as for specifics about the basis for Jett’s seizures, I don’t recall hearing anything about that.

      No, you're right. He may at this point simply be gay. About 10 years ago there was a very clear photo of him kissing a guy on the steps of a private plane, and rumors both before and after that photo have left hints. No shame in being anything except one's own true self, but in Scientology it would appear that there's not only shame but outright hatred for same-sex attraction.
