edit: nevermind i just used a free phone number in a free SMS website. The fact that they accept VOIP but not actual phone numbers is crazy

No. Cloudflare acts like a middleman. It doesnt change the end address it still goes to your website

Wix is an absolute nightmare to work with. I never recommend anyone use them. Everything you buy on WIX you dont own, WIX owns it. And they make everything so it only works within their tools and ecosystems, basically locking you in

Changing nameservers, no (if you use Cloudflare). Since cloudflare acts as a middle man and will still use the same records.
But if you change nameservers to another hosting provider. Your hostinger mail will stop working. Since your domain will then use records from the new host
bad thing is do not connect cloudflare with blogger you will die with CORS error while using blogger form widget.

I havent fully explored this. But from my quick testing it seems impossible as you cant really "login" as the alias account.
But if you set your main account profile pic maybe there's some sort of an option to "use it for all alias accounts". I would google in that direction

Since youll be sending in large quantities with low open rates, youll probably get spam listed fast. Id recommend a dedicated email service like gsuite

Then Hostinger will get blocked fast as well. To avoid this you need to set up DKIM, SPF, DMARC authentication and avoid sending large batches of emails followed by nothing.
Spread out the sending period with like 35 emails a day for 30 days instead of 1000 in 1 day
