They use a lot of onion. Boneless chicken. Bongo Chilli or Fijian Chilli. Tomato sauce mixed with dark soy sauce and oyster sauce with warm water. Dark Soy Sauce. Carrots and Green Peas sometimes. Salt, chicken seasoning and ajinomoto
